For orders below HK$1,000 after discounts, delivery to any SF Express service point, SF Locker, commercial building, or residential address is subject to a HK$50 delivery fee.
For orders of HK$1,000 or above after discounts, free delivery is available to any SF Express service point, SF Locker, commercial building, or residential address.
Delivery to commercial buildings and residential addresses is only available to locations covered by SF Express.
All delivery services are limited to Hong Kong only.
Once payment has been received and confirmed, we will arrange shipment within 3–5 business days.
After the order has been dispatched, delivery is expected within approximately 2–4 business days.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive either an email notification or a shipment tracking number via WhatsApp.
You may use the tracking number to check the delivery status on the SF Express website or through the SF Express customer service hotline.
If you choose to collect your order from an SF Express service point, you will receive an SMS notification from SF Express when your parcel is ready for collection.
If you choose delivery to a residential or commercial address, SF Express may contact you by phone before the parcel is delivered.
